Concept-stage material
Architectural images, plans, finishes, landscaping and furniture are concept-stage representations. Villa areas displayed on the website are taken from the official villa-area schedule supplied on 7 August 2026. Final contractual documents govern dimensions, specifications, approvals and built outcomes.
Commercial information
The villa price is stated in Indonesian rupiah. Any Australian-dollar equivalent is indicative only and may change with exchange rates, margins and fees. Rental projections, where supplied, are assumptions rather than guarantees of future performance.
Tenure and independent advice
The stated tenure is a 20-year lease plus a guaranteed 10-year extension purchased at the market price applying when exercised. Final contracts govern the legal terms. Buyers should obtain independent Indonesian legal, tax and financial advice before proceeding.
Enquiries and reservation interest
Submitting an enquiry or registering reservation interest does not reserve a villa, create a contract or constitute a payment request. Availability, reservation requirements and payment instructions are confirmed privately through authorised transaction documents.
